Jack Ingram Promises New Music In 2013

New music and a new multimedia project appear to be on the horizon for Jack Ingram. Ingram last released Big Dreams and High Hopes for Big Machine Records in 2009 before parting ways with the label in late 2011. After taking a year hiatus, he announced that he'll be unveiling new music- and a new film- this year in an interview with Country Music News Blog:
"I WILL RELEASE NEW MUSIC IN 2013. THAT IS A PROMISE. From that point forward I plan on releasing more and more music consistently. I am also working on a movie project that could be a ton of fun and include a bunch of my musician friends!"
Ingram has released eight studio albums, one extended play, six live albums and 18 singles. Although active since 1992, Ingram did not reach the U.S. country Top 40 until the late 2005 release of his single "Wherever You Are". A number one hit on the Billboard country charts, it was also his first release for Big Machine and that label's first Number One hit. Besides this song, Ingram has sent six other songs into the country Top 40: "Love You," a cover version of Hinder's "Lips of an Angel," "Measure of a Man," "Maybe She'll Get Lonely," "That's a Man" and "Barefoot and Crazy."
