Like a good gumbo, Marc Broussard mixes up a whole lotta ingredients in his tunes including country, funk, r&b, cajun and pop influences. He's one of my favorite artists out in the marketplace today- mostly because of his lack of restrictions he places on his music. His latest holiday release can be heard for free on Marc's MySpace Page. It's entitled "On Santa's Way Home" and it's a great tune about Santa making a detour to Bourbon Street for a little dancin and groovin before going back home to the North Pole. Give it a listen- it's a very fun song.
