The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival turned ten years old this year. The free, three-day music festival has been put on each year in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA. The event is bankrolled by financier Warren Hellman who picks up 100% of the costs. Hardly Strictly drew roughly 800,000 people last year.
