That Nashville Sound Wednesday Newsbytes- New Albums & Music Videos

A little happy birthday to That Nashville Sound this week. Ten years ago, this little music blog got started and over that time, we've had a couple million visitors- pretty remarkable. Thank you for taking the time to read it. It's genuinely appreciated.

- Bob Seger announced that he'll be releasing a new album just before Christmas.

- It's worth checking out this interview with Marty Stuart about the final photo of Johnny Cash ever taken.

- Jerrod Niemann has a new music video for his song "I Got This."

- Although it's missing the awesome horns that he has on the album track, still check out Josh Abbott Band's performance of "Texas Women, Tennessee Whiskey" on The Texas Music Scene.

- Tony Jackson admirably covered the Randy Travis classic "Diggin' Up Bones."

- I had an opportunity to interview Erin Enderlin about her phenomenal new album Whiskeytown Crier over at Saving Country Music. Check it out here.

- Country music chart-topper Granger Smith announced today his new album When The Good Guys Win will be out everywhere on Friday, October 27. When The Good Guys Win is his sophomore national release on BBR Music Group’s Wheelhouse Records and follows last year’s acclaimed, Remington, which included the No. 1 “Backroad Song” and No. 5 “If The Boot Fits.”

- Jillian Cardarelli is bright young star who was recently named by Rolling Stone as one of the "Top 10 Country Artists You Need to Know" and she has new music video called "Rerun."

- Holly Tucker has a new music video for her single "Dallas On Your Boots."
